Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a style of yoga using techniques with the intention of releasing the dormant kundalini energy said to be coiled at the base of the spine. This practice is offered to increase awareness and connect your finite self with your infinite self

Kundalini Yoga uses kriyas (actions), pranayam (breath techniques), meditation (focused concentration) and mantra (repeated word or phrase) to generate and manage energy. Moving this energy from the base of the spine up through the crown of the head has the power to deliver the practitioner toward an “awakening” of greater awareness of self and other.

Some benefits of practicing Kundalini Yoga are:

  • happiness and peace 

With an ongoing practice of Kundalini, one has the potential to connect powerfully with the True Self. The practices of Kundalini Yoga work to balance the ten etheric bodies and eight of the chakras of the human being, providing a comprehensive way to move toward balance in the mind, body and spirit.
