Karen is a Certified Nutritionist through the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists (AASDN), an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. In addition, she is a Certified Brain Fitness Facilitator through the American Senior Fitness Association of America.
Karen has been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for over 25 years and has been instrumental in improving the quality of life and health for hundreds of clients through proper nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification. She uses a holistic approach to health, traditional protocols and health assessments to assist her clients in achieving the best results possible. Karen works with a variety of dietary issues including weight loss, weight gain, specialty diets (e.g. pre-diabetes, gluten-free eating, vegetarianism, Blood Type diets, detox programs and seasonal eating). Karen believes nutrition is at the core of long-term health and fitness and is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals.
