I'm Jan.  I’ve been practicing yoga since 2000. I started in Southern California with Daniel Head (who was trained by Brian Kest),  in the Ashtanga Power Flow classes of yoga.   After that, I decided to certify as an instructor attending Yogaworks in Costa Mesa California under Casey Coda and Michelle McKay.  I opted to keep the Daniel Head/ Brian Kest method of combining Astanga and Vinyasa Flpw power yoga as my base.  I absolutely love the practice of incorporating music, breath, and flow to give you the maximum benefit of your yoga practice while freeing the mind from things that bog the mind.
