Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga

I'm Jan.  I’ve been practicing yoga since 2000. I started in Southern California with Daniel Head (trained by Brian Kest),  in the Ashtanga Power Flow classes of yoga.   After that, I decided to certify as an instructor attending Yogaworks in Costa Mesa California under Casey Coda and Michelle McKay.  I opted to keep the Daniel Head/ Brian Kest method of combining Astanga and Vinyasa Flpw power yoga as my base.

I absolutely love the practice of incorporating music, breath, and flow to give you the maximum benefit of your yoga practice while freeing the mind from things that bog us down and keep us from being truly present.
